How It Works
At Woof & Board, we make arranging trusted, personalized care for your pup simple from start to finish. Here's what to expect:
-
Tell us what kind of care you need, your preferred dates, and a few basic details about your pup.
How to Get Started: Complete our quick Care Request Form.
What We'll Need: Your contact information, requested service and dates, and some basic information about your dog.
-
Next, we'll learn a little more about your pup so we can understand the kind of care they'll need.
We'll ask about:
Personality, routine, and habits
Age, size, and activity level
Medical or dietary needs
Comfort around other dogs
Any special care needs or preferences
-
Our team will review your pup's needs, your location, and availability to determine the Woof & Board sitter best suited to provide their care.
What Happens Next:
We'll introduce you to your Woof & Board sitter and share information about their experience and care environment.
If you've booked with us before, we'll prioritize your pup's familiar sitter whenever possible.
-
Want to meet your pup's Woof & Board sitter before care begins? We're happy to arrange a meet & greet so you and your pup can get acquainted and ask any questions beforehand.
During the meet & greet, you can:
Get to know your sitter
Discuss your pup's routine, personality, and care needs
Ask questions and share anything you'd like your sitter to know
Prefer to skip it? No problem. Meet & greets are optional, and we'll make sure your sitter has the information they need to provide great care.
-
Once everything is set, you'll receive your booking details and instructions for completing payment.
Your confirmation will include everything you need to know before your pup's stay, including drop-off and pick-up information when applicable.
-
Once your pup is in our care, you can relax knowing they're in loving hands. Your Woof & Board sitter will keep you connected with regular photos and updates throughout their stay.
